Open doors your resume can't unlock.

Your next career move deserves the same diligence as your next deal.

"Two of the four employees who interviewed a job candidate didn't want to hire her for a summer program, but she sparkled on Suited, so the firm took a chance on her."
"The combination of holistic data sets and AI allows firms to not rely on traditional, and often biased, factors such as GPA or school rank to determine a candidate's potential."
"When you talk about it in the abstract, that's one thing. But when you turn up with a pile of résumés and our bankers can see the data, suddenly they're asking, 'Oh, how did this person score?"
"The law student who was flagged by the technology was among the top performers in her group by the end of the summer."
Suited is a hiring intelligence platform for law and finance. It brings scientifically validated data and AI-powered analysis to the high-stakes talent decisions made by exceptional professionals and elite firms. Going beyond resumes, transcripts, and interviews, Suited's proprietary assessments measure how a person thinks and works, and its AI weighs individual potential against the dynamics of a specific firm - bringing more objectivity and rigor to hiring.
Suited is for candidates and firms in law and finance located in the U.S. and U.K.
Yes, Suited is completely free for candidates, whether you're entry-level or experienced. Candidates create a profile, take the assessment, and get matched to roles at firms that value how you think and how you work - at no cost.
You take one short assessment that measures how you think and how you work, and tell us about your background. Suited's models then quantify how likely you are to succeed at specific firms and roles, using scoring built for each individual firm. What happens next depends on how you came to Suited.
Candidates complete a behavioral and cognitive assessment and provide information about their academic record. The assessment data is used to determine how likely a candidate is to succeed at a particular firm based on customized scoring models built specific to each firm. If you share your results with a firm, they use the evaluation of how you think and how you work to gain a more objective and holistic understanding of your potential within the firm. If you choose to share your results with all Suited partner firms, firms may reach out directly about specific opportunities where the assessment shows you are exceptionally well-aligned to the role.
For experienced bankers and attorneys invited by Suited to join our lateral diligence platform, you'll complete the assessment and tell us about your experience and goals. Our AI then searches through all opportunities in the market and scans new roles continuously, alerting you only when an opportunity is worth considering. Our team will work with you to evaluate interesting opportunities and, only at your request, connect you directly with the hiring firm. Your existence on the platform remains anonymous unless and until you request to be connected with a firm about a specific opportunity.
For select, highly exceptional candidates, Suited may also reach out directly about opportunities with our partner firms where they have reviewed your anonymous profile and would like to proactively invite you to meet their team. Your name always remains anonymous unless and until you choose to proceed.
The behavioral assessment takes about 20 minutes and isn't timed, so you can take longer or finish across sittings. The cognitive skills assessment is timed at 15 minutes. Together, that's about 35 minutes - and you complete it only once, not for each firm.
You're always in control of who sees your results. If a firm invited you, only that firm sees them by default. If you sign up on our website, partner firms can consider you, and you can switch to private anytime. If you join Suited's private lateral diligence platform, you stay anonymous until you request to be connected with a specific firm, role by role, so your current employer never finds out.
Firms rely on grades and school rank to gauge your ability; however, with recruiting timetables accelerating, the predictive value of grades is diminishing, and most firms acknowledge that many of the most successful professionals within their organizations did not attend the select schools they recruit from.
As a result, firms are increasingly using Suited to build a more holistic, merit-based understanding of a candidate's potential, beyond what a resume or transcript shows. Suited's research across thousands of investment bankers and attorneys shows that the school rank and GPA of current professionals have limited correlation with on-the-job performance. Suited is built to surface the traits that most robustly predict professional success: how you think, how you solve problems, and in what types of environments you'll thrive. Strong candidates come from everywhere, and we're designed to help firms find them.
A resume tells a firm where you've been and is an imperfect proxy for your ability. It doesn't directly demonstrate your potential to succeed in a specific role. Suited's assessment gauges what motivates you, evaluates what kinds of team dynamics enable you to do your best work, and measures your ability to think through and solve job-relevant problems. This enables firms to more objectively and directly evaluate potential than credentials alone.
No - Suited informs hiring decisions, it doesn't make them. Our AI helps surface the traits that make you a strong fit and connects you with firms where you're likely to succeed, but candidates and firms make their own decisions, and a human conversation always follows. We rigorously test every model to ensure it doesn't advantage or disadvantage any group. Every model is independently audited by Holistic AI and complies with both EEOC guidance and New York City Local Law 144 requirements. The platform is SOC 2 Type 2 audited and GDPR / CCPA compliant.
Because a firm wants to understand you as more than a line on a resume. The assessment measures how you naturally work, how you approach problems, and your raw cognitive ability - giving the firm a fuller, more objective picture of your potential in the role. You control how your results are shared, and firms reach out directly when you're a strong match. The goal isn't to screen you out; it's to surface strengths a resume can't show.
A job board makes you do the work: scrolling listings, reading generic job descriptions and firm profiles, guessing at fit, and firing off applications into a void. Suited flips that. You take the assessment once and we bring relevant, vetted roles to you - often ones you won't find on any job board or firm career site.
Traditional recruiters work from their personal network and their own incentives, which often means outreach about roles that aren't a real fit. Suited draws on one of the deepest datasets of cognitive, behavioral, and firm-specific performance data in professional hiring to provide objective, transparent information to support your decisions. We only reach out when the data shows there is a genuinely exceptional opportunity for you. Critically, on our lateral diligence platform you stay in complete control and fully anonymous until you decide to connect with a specific firm.
No. On Suited's invite-only lateral diligence platform, you stay completely anonymous until you choose otherwise. We never share your profile with any firm unless you ask to be connected about a specific role, on a role-by-role basis. You can explore what's out there without any risk of exposure.
The assessment isn't strictly required to use the lateral diligence platform, but completing it meaningfully improves how we can evaluate opportunities on your behalf.
