Our assessment

Instead of relying on surface-level information that can be found on a standard resume, Suited measures over 50 traits and characteristics that have been proven to be predictive of success.

Suited gathers key data from candidates using a proprietary psychometric assessment that was developed and validated specifically for the legal industry.

Values drive culture, and culture drives performance. Suited empirically determines a candidate's values to ensure they are aligned with the values of your firm.

Cognitive ability

Where a person went to law school or their LSAT scores are not always indicative of their intelligence. We determine how graduates most naturally solve problems, interpret situations, and what details they pay the most attention to.

Stress response

A job in finance often comes with shifting deadlines and changing client demands. What triggers you to feel stressed and how do you work to manage it? What stress response style do you have and which firms will have the right colleagues to compliment it?

Stress response

A career in law is often stressful due many things such as high-stake deadlines and large case loads. We establish what triggers candidates feel stressed and how they work to manage it.

Experiences outside of the classroom tend to shape a person's work ethic and level of grit, and these things are just as important to capture.

Grades aren't everything, but the hard work a candidate has put into their education shouldn't go unnoticed.
