Suited is fully compliant with the new artificial intelligence bias audit laws in New York City.
Different clients use data from our assessments in different ways. How they use the data in their process determines whether NYC Local Law 144 applies, and you can check their individual career websites or other resources for more information in this regard. Importantly, Suited does not automatically include or exclude candidates from a client’s process, but rather collects and interprets data. Regardless of how a client uses the data, every machine learning driven candidate scoring model that we produce for our clients is independently audited by Holistic AI in accordance with NYC LL 144 and has been found to have no evidence of disparate impact on either a standalone or intersectional basis.
